Standard onboarding is 2–4 weeks for a single-entity rollout, 6–10 weeks for multi-branch or migration from legacy systems. A dedicated implementation manager runs the plan with your team.

Can we migrate our existing data?+

Yes — every plan includes assisted migration from spreadsheets or third-party tools. Our team handles field mapping, cleansing, and a staged cut-over with parallel-run validation.

Does it work offline?+

Field and floor operations (POS, warehouse scanning, attendance) work fully offline and sync when connectivity returns. Back-office modules require connectivity.

How does pricing scale?+

Pricing is per seat / terminal / warehouse depending on the module, billed annually with multi-module and volume discounts. Public-sector and education pricing available on request.

Do you offer API access?+
